To pursue continuous growth and strengthen its position as a leader in the truck industry, ISUZU Vietnam cooperated with SPECTRA to conduct Nationwide Selling Skill Training program.
This nationwide selling skill training project was conducted in Hanoi on 8 & 9 December 2011 and in Ho Chi Minh City from 26 December to 29 December 2011. More than 100 sales force of Isuzu from all of its dealers throughout Vietnam participated in this workshop. During this workshop, participants participated in various group discussions, role plays and games that enabled them to enhance their skills in approaching customers, identifying customers’ needs and wants, presenting and demonstrating product features and benefits, handling objections, closing, following up and enhancing relationship with customers. Following the workshops, participants completed both written and demonstration tests.
