Conflicts commonly emerge during negotiation process. During negotiation, negotiating parties often have opposing interests that lead to conflicts. When negotiators are not able to control their emotions and fail to find common grounds, negotiations often end up destroying relationships.  In fact, in some cultures, it is totally acceptable to use intimidations that lead to conflict as a negotiation tactic. However, to ensure that positive relationship can be reestablished following the negotiation, negotiators must understand how to resolve the conflicts.

In order to improve this skill, Gameloft has worked together with SPECTRA to conduct The Arts of Negotiation on 21 & 28 November in Ho Chi Minh City.
