To improve the quality of customer service that ISUZU provides to its existing customers, ISUZU Vietnam cooperated with SPECTRA to conduct communication skill training for all service advisors at ISUZU dealers through out Vietnam.  This training program was delivered in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Danang on 8, 22 and 29 October 2011. Middle Managers are often referred as the “glue” that link senior management and employees. They play critical role in motivating and developing employees, and also implementing strategy and organizational change. However, as pointed out by an article from Wharton*, middle managers can be a challenging group of employees to develop and retain.

As a company that understands the importance of middle managers, ISUZU is committed in developing and retaining its middle managers. To enhance leadership, teamwork, problem solving, creativity and social bond of its people, ISUZU Vietnam decided to trust SPECTRA to organize Amazing Race on 18 August 2011 in Phu My Hung. This event was attended by a total of 46 participants from all departments.  In completing this race, participants had to work in teams and were asked to overcome various obstacles that required them to utilize their teamwork, communication and problem solving skills.  (more…)
